- NICE CREAM
- 1/2 cup frozen peaches
- 2 frozen bananas
- 1/2 cup almond milk (or cold brewed espresso if you're not using iced coffee protein powder)
- 1 scoop Iced Coffee protein powder (you can substitute 1 tsp espresso powder and 1 scoop of plantbased vanilla protein powder)
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- OPTIONAL TOPPINGS
- frozen raspberries
- oat hearts
- white chocolate leaf
- caramel spread
- quinoa puffs
- Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until smooth, creamy and lump free.
- Pour into your favourite Halonut coconut bowl and top with your choice of toppings.
