STRAWBERRIES AND CREAM SMOOTHIE BOWL

Sweet, tart and creamy, this smoothie bowl is fit to serve on any occasion — even on weekdays! Feel free to serve fresh or frozen strawberries and more nuts for added texture.

INGREDIENTS

  • SMOOTHIE
    • 3 frozen bananas
    • 2 cups frozen strawberries
    • 2 scoops vanilla protein powder
    • a splash of plant-based milk
    • 1/2 cup plant-based yogurt
  • TOPPINGS
    • vanilla plant-based yogurt
    • fresh strawberries
    • cashews

METHOD

  1. Add all the ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Serve in your favourite Halonut coconut bowl, and top with more yogurt, fresh strawberries, and cashews for crunch!
