HIGH-PROTEIN PESTO BOWLS

This recipe is rich in protein and low in calories. It's the perfect comfort food that you won't feel guilty of eating. 

INGREDIENTS

  • 100g penne pasta
  • 100g green beans
  • 90g basil pesto (about half a cup)
  • a handful of mixed leafy greens
  • 120g firm tofu, crumbled
  • Herb parmesan 

METHOD

  1. Cook pasta in boiling water. Cook beans together with the pasta about 4-5 mins before pasta is cooked. Drain and set aside.
  2. Divide each ingredients in two Halonut coconut bowls and mix well. Serve with a sprinkle of Herb Parmesan and enjoy!
