INGREDIENTS
- 100g penne pasta
- 100g green beans
- 90g basil pesto (about half a cup)
- a handful of mixed leafy greens
- 120g firm tofu, crumbled
- Herb parmesan
METHOD
- Cook pasta in boiling water. Cook beans together with the pasta about 4-5 mins before pasta is cooked. Drain and set aside.
- Divide each ingredients in two Halonut coconut bowls and mix well. Serve with a sprinkle of Herb Parmesan and enjoy!
